dating agency bulgaria romania - Steam validating game files stuck

It has happened on two games now: Total War Rome II and Call of Duty Ghosts. Both games crash frequently and both games find files that fail to validate, but they NEVER have all files successfully validate and I've been unable to get either to run without crashing after 10-30 minutes.

Then right click on the games and press "Delete Local Content" so Steam knows it's gone, then reinstall via Steam.
This worked.
Steam's buggy as hell. verify integrity of game cache Fixed that problem for me in the past" country="United States" ipaddress="" anchor="/f/hwsw/bfgza/STEAM-Download-Starting-and-Validating-errors/1/#postbwskam" posted="1248320718" postnumber="6" postid="22207988" forumid="16" edittime="0" editinfo="" userid="62749" username="Roast Beast" threadid="499562" posts="0" threads="0" joindate="" userurl="/u/gkun/Roast-Beast/" avatar="" avatarstyle="" usersearchurl="/search/user/gkun/" userclass="username user-gold" leveltitle="LVL1 - 0% to LVL2" levelclass="level-1" level="1"
So you're saying I just wait it out and eventually the problem goes away and I can play my games?
No, I'm saying the problem won't go away, as the devs behind Steam don't know half of what they're doing.

I'm curious as to what exactly the verify option does.

I know on some other games I have tried it on, steam will end up downloading some files, but apparently not all files are included in this.

You can do it manually from the properties tab by right clicking in the game list.

If something goes whacky with your game, this sometimes fixes it.

) This happened when I was trying to make Portal 2 and Stanley pabs together and I deleted some files accidentally.

So I clicked the Verify thing and I could play Stanley pabs again!

I realize that many times when there is an issue with a game on Steam, it can be solved with "Verify Integrity of Game Cache". I tried running Darksiders and it gave me an error of "Missing Executable", so I figured the verify would easily catch that and install the missing files.

I was wrong, though, since the validation found no problems with the installation and the game continued to not launch from the same error.

I looked over STEAM Support, I've tried most of the stuff it says to, but nothing works.
